Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through velunora.com, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA) or defective, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement as per the following guidelines:
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return or replacement. To be eligible, items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Return Process:
Contact us at ryan@velunora.com to start a return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without approval won't be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Products:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
Exchanges:
We only exchange damaged, wrong size, or defective items. Contact us at ryan@velunora.com. for exchanges.
Restocking Fee:
Items under $100 have a $20 USD restocking fee; over $100 have a 20% fee. Shipping fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds:
We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting returns. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
Items on sale or discounted, with tips, or shipping fees are non-refundable. Read our shipping policy for cancellations within 24 hours.
DOA & Defective Items:
Contact us within 10 days for DOA or defects. We may request evidence and offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
Conditions for Refunds:
Refunds are for original purchasers and processed based on our assessment and policy. Misuse, neglect, or alterations void refunds.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We accept cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order.
